Surely being committed to learning is a part of a commitment to being right. It's basically the point of learning. And surely threats do objectively exist, yet one can still question their beliefs (sometimes finding they were right already, sometimes not). And surely sometimes solutions to actual threats require listening and learning, being radical and exploring new ways of thinking. Personally, I simultaneously exist above and below the line. Maybe I'm above the line because I question the existence of the line. lol.

One thing I disagree with is that you lose any creativity when below the line, which is simply not true. Are we to dismiss the artistry of dystopian fiction by that metric, which often stems from a sense of worry and unease on the author's behalf?

This video is quite insightful. What really resonated with me was that our brains are wired naturally to be below the line. In other words, below the line is our comfort zone.
