6) Be slow to speak
7) Cast all your worries to God

I had me a 🤬😡 day today and you helped me realize that when I do get angry, I tend to dwell on it for a bit. Another great topic. I let my anger get the best of me at my job. I have always been able to keep it in tact until that one day. I didn't get violent but just angry because someone that I have helped multiple times in the past got mad because I asked him to move so that I could do my job. In the end we both lost our job. All it takes is a split second of not being mindful and it could cost you everything. Keep up the great work on your channel 🎉
