ABOUT ME: I'm James Dunne, a runner, sports rehabilitation therapist (similar to physical therapist) and coach based in the UK (Norwich and London).

Since 2007 I've been working with athletes focusing specifically on helping distance runners and triathletes overcome injury and improve performance through developing their individual running technique.

Running biomechanics and physical therapy are real passions of mine. I love to help runners run strong and stay injury free.

Only started running back in March for the first time. Currently up to 10k runs at 50mins and signed up for a 10k road race on October 18th. Have totally skipped the whole strength and conditioning and reckon I'm probably going to do myself some injury. Looking forward to the 30 day challenge. Thank you.

I don't do enough strength and conditioning because being a runner...I just like to run!!! I want running to feel comfortable though ( especially as I'm no spring chicken) and want to ensure I'm injury free. My balance is shocking too. I'm very interested in the challenge👍

I run until I hurt, and then I do few sporadic exercises for a few weeks until the pain goes away, then I forget the strength training. Something like this to bring consistency would be good for me to reach my goal of running my first marathon.

August is going to be the busiest month of the year for me (two young children to mind 24/7). I'll probably need to do the challenge in September...

70 years old here. Ran 126 km in July. Pace is slow and would like to pick it up. Strength train 3 times a week usually. In fairly good shape. Frankly not sure what that is at my age but have muscles....just not sure where I need to be at this point. I do intervals once a week which I do not love but understand it is necessary. Not running marathons or races

I've had this on my list of things to do for a few years now ! never got past day 3 :-) or should that be :-( but I'm DETERMINED to do the full 30 days this time, really looking forward to it, so glad you're doing this so that I don't have to do it alone Yayy
