This was a winner! I followed pretty closely but didn’t do cilantro since I have the soap thing and only put seasoning on the gnocchi (ñoqui!). Came out terrific! Keep em coming!

You could also thin the rest of the sauce out a bit and cook rice in it later.

Can parsley sub out the ground coriander? I'm one of the unlucky assholes who tastes soap when they eat cilantro. :(
