Freezer is getting warm

In todays video im called out to a warm walk in freezer and I find a huge problem that almost makes me miss the underlying issue.

Good job Bill, enjoyed this one, as always.
I was wondering why the slimline ceiling evaps draw air into the coil from the center and discharge horizontally.
What happens if one reverses it?
Then the dirt will collect on the outside making it easier to clean, and after defrost if any water vapor comes out it is not blown onto the ceiling.
I tried doing some research, not an easy answer to find it seems.
Found a few forum threads to read on it and they only seem to contain supertech opinions.

Install a fan delay for fans that mounts on suction bends or u bends if possible. Ive done it on zome masterbilt freezer cases

put some roofing tar/wet patch over the all bolts and cooler penetrations, leave it leaking and bolt!
don't forget to spray paint in large lettering "there I fixed it" LOOOOL

date installed on the navien august 2013, so it's probably been leaking and spraying like that for 6+ years LOL

I watch Mikey Pipes the Pipe Doctor on a regular basis and the amount of Navien boilers he goes to where they are defective, and less than 6 years old in many cases, is quite crazy - He went to one not long back where there was a major water leak caused by a very thin plastic cap on the water inlet inside the boiler casing that had simply split open, spraying water out all inside the cabinet, ruining the boiler and causing a customers basement to flood. They also appear to regularly fail on heat exchanger seals and vent collar seals leaking - so Navien do seem to be rather prone to failure. Seems as you show here a Navien once again has caused a customer a real problem not just with their boiler. Not good.
