Breakfast I ate over the week | Breakfast edition | Healthy eating #kidneytransplantrecipient
Показать описание
As a CKD patient and now a transplant survivor, the one question that has remained constant in my journey is:
What should I eat, and what should I avoid?
I think you can relate to it as well, chronic illness warrior or not.
Doesn’t this question haunt us all? What should I make today? What should I eat today? What should I feed my family today?
I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve Googled this, but through years of experience, research, and countless conversations within the CKD community, I’ve discovered some of my favorite breakfast meals. These dishes are not only easy to make but also incredibly tasty and, most importantly, healthy.
And as your favourite virtual bestie I will be kind enough to share it with you all here. So here it goes.
🌽cornflakes with chopped fruits (apples and pears are my go-to)
🥣sevai pulao,
🍞bread upma/ bread pizza (indian style)
🥪sandwiches,
🍜chow mein,
🍙poha
🥞sooji pancakes
These meals are universal and can be enjoyed by anyone with a love for good food.
I’ve shared most of these recipes on my YouTube channel. And some of them are yet to come.
