Umpire Coaching / Not Coaching on a Penalty Stroke

I made this video in response to an umpire who told me that telling a goalkeeper to start on the goal line before a penalty stroke is taken is NOT ALLOWED because doing so is coaching. Of course, it is NOT coaching.
