In other words, a closed reduction fixes a noticeably broken nose. A closed reduction isn't particularly effective against internal damage of the cartilage. That would still require a septoplasty.

Luke man, I broke my nose in a fight in first round and took a lot of damage in the next 4 rounds it isn’t wonky, it’s been 2 months now and still bleeds heavily if I touch it . ? Help

When i was 10 i got jumped, and it ended up with a nose break. I’m now 13. I had a chance to fix it for free. But was to scared of the pain. I’m now 13, and i’m very insecure about my nose. And wish i had took that risk. My nose isn’t that noticeable to other people. But i notice it all the time. And it’s hard for me to look in the mirror and see that. Can i just snap it in place?
