I have three personal tortilla recipes that I made for the ketogenic diet and this is one of them. Those recipes required the use of an electric tortilla maker but this one does not. I hope it helps those who are doing the BBE challenge.

We just made these today and I will say they are very very good. We also microwaved a few up to make chips and I was very pleased. Best keto chip so far.... By a long shot.

These are great! I made them on my electric griddle and using a round silpat. I only got three from the recipe, and I was unable to sift the pork rinds with anything I had. Thank you so much!

I love Mel! ❤ She is great! I’m so glad I found your channel! You come up with recipes that ppl look for to help keep keto sustainable! I want to try making these tortillas. Would the pork panko I already have, work with this recipes? I’m going to buy the other brand next time! 😂

I have a cast iton tortilla press. Do you think it would work to press them out on it between parchment then fry them?

These were an absolute success! I did not have a press so I pressed between 2 pcs of parchment with a flat bottom pan and cooked (with parchment on a hot cast iron skillet. The paper released nicely after. The flavor was great too!

Is it possible to use something other than pork rinds, like parmesan cheese or even chicken flour?

dear Chef, I've missed this video I'm really glad that I've found it today because I want to make them and I've only a manual tortilla press and I have to fry them in a pan, ... wish me luck 😊😂!!

I dudn't know that the round parchment papers have different sides .... I don't know if mine have them too - I'm really curious 😊!
