I'm a type II diabetic, thus to keep blood sugar levels and spikes under control my diet is low carb/keto and I've gotten pretty good control doing this. When watching your ketone levels with each product it was good to see that it worked out the same was for both of us with different testing methods. I consume the OLE Extreme Wellness spinach & herb and the tomato basil and don't get much of a blood glucose rise which works out to be the same as not getting much of a ketone drop. The oils other than olive are not healthy and some can't tolerate gluten well either. I think the Extreme Wellness (ingredients) with flax seed is what really makes this work.

For some reason, when i eat High fiber tortillas or breads (keto friendly), i feel so weak and I cant focus when im studying... please help!

I'm sorry, so which one is best? I'm new to this and not sure this number means. Your list isn't clear to me. I guess Extreme Wellness is best? Are they all acceptable? Are tortillas better than bread?

I know this video is old, but the mama in Lupe's tortillas aren't fully cooked. You need to finish them on the stove before you eat them 🙂 or at least they taste a lot better if you cook them

La banderita now has a 0 net carb street with 5 carbs and 5 fiber. I wonder how they will effect you.

I really enjoyed this video because I do eat a lot of low carb tortillas. The extreme wellness one has always been my first choice. I'd be interested in seeing you try this testing on the Joseph lavish flat bread (low carb one obviously) but if you do just remember that each flat bread is actually 2 servings. But they make awesome HUGE burritos, and thin crust pizza for low calories.

I’ve been eating the xtreme wellness for a few years now. They have been my favorite so far, and warmed up they taste even better. I’ve tried all the other ones except mama Lupe’s and they have been alright but the xtreme wellness just hit different and they are so thin that they work for anything. I’m glad these are one of the best options, i just hoped they made smaller size ones( like mission)

Thank you so much for doing these videos for the keto community. You willingly being the "guinea pig" helps me to make more informed choices, and it has been very helpful. You also communicate well. which makes the testing more enjoyable than just a strait up ketone test. My only gripe is that it makes me jealous. I am Canadian, and the USA has more diversity of keto products.

Don't know anything about wraps, just that there are a gazillion different kinds and brands, lol! Came across mission gluten-free wraps, omg they are delicious... Then I read the ingredients and nutritional facts, bummer! What now???
