Being bold and decisive is the way for sure. This applies to mixing philosophy, and even drawing, painting, and sculpting as well. If you get stuck and stay in one area too long, you lose sight of the big picture. Working quickly allows you to see things more clearly, and the next move becomes much more intuitive and obvious. Think about putting your hand on a wall... your fingers get the basic sensation about what the wall is like but it's very vague... BUT once you start running your hand along the wall, you feel every minute quality about it's surface and your understanding of the wall becomes very clear. Lol, I hope that makes sense.

I'm super inspired, I've got great songs to record...but today I was trying and my guitar was so fucked up that everytime that I pressed record the sound stopped, and therefore the recording on Cubase. It was frustrating and happened every ten seconds, so I had to stop. I need a new guitar.
