Taking Action Creates Clarity

If you are feeling stuck on some thought, some fear, or some idea, you can gain a lot of understanding and certainty around those thoughts and emotions by simply taking action. Taking action on an idea, or taking action in spite of the fear, or taking action to explore a thought, all create real outcomes that are concrete. These real outcomes are neutral, as-is, and objective. Your mind is purely subjective. The reconciling of the two through action is called clarity.
