A Yakuza Swinging a Katana in Public #Shorts

So there was a guy who suddenly punched another man in a parking lot, after hitting the victim’s car with the door of his own car. Yeah, the guy who hit the other man’s car with the door was the one pissed.

I feel very sorry for the male victim, but the criminal was actually a crazy yakuza member. What’s even worse is that he brought out a katana to threaten the victim that he’ll kill him.

It’s great that this criminal was later arrested and the victim was not hurt, but as a katana trainee I really cannot tolerate such crimes.

Most Japanese people have never even seen a katana before, and news like this makes the impressions of katana as just a dangerous weapon. However, if you properly train the skills of the katana and respect them, there is so much they can teach us and make our lives better.

I understand that yakuza members have traditionally fought with katana, but what’s really embarrassing is that the katana this criminal was using wasn't even a real one.
