I tried that Power Nap technique earlier, but when I want to sleep for 10 minutes, I mostly wakeup after hours even after setting alarms. 🤣

I personally use 'Distraction notebook'

It really does clear that thought.
Science :
Your brain wants to remember things and that's why thoughts are in your head. Once you write it down, your brain knows that it is stored somewhere and it will stop thinking about it bcz u know u have it when u need it.

Now whatever thoughts u wrote in your distraction notebook, address these in the next distraction time that u scheduled.

Plus this really helped me understand what types of thoughts I'm getting and how many are useful and how often I'm getting distracted.

1) Keep the diary :- thing is good as it becomes your goal and you worry less about it.
2) Inifinite scrolling :- is evil so its good to have special time for social media
3) power nap :- in the work from home scenario power nap can be easily taken but we miss it. Thanks for the reminder

I was not able to concentrate from a long time. Was not able to study properly because of incoming thoughts. Now I got a good method to improve myself from distraction. Other YouTubers take 5 to 15 minutes & and u just told the main point in less than 1 minute. Thanks a lot. I'm blessed with a great youtuber.🙏😇
