Jo sare mehod bataye sir ne maine ye sare method kar chuka hu ye vdo dekhne se pehle hi aur maze ki baath ye ki ye sare ke sare method useful hai aur focus wale mein to 4 hrs ka laga ta hu timer aur vo itna effective hai ke kuch keh ne ki nahi ❤❤

I was feeling lazy at night than I started walking, then I couldn't able to sleep and stressed out, I did 60 deep breath. Feeling refreshing but I wanted to sleep. The I put 60 sec timer and try to focus on sleeping. Feeling more refreshing.
