Hi Tom, I am tryng to create a calculated field, and it uses data from fields that are $0.00. I find that the records that have $0.00 do not get results in the calculated field. Is there anyway to get a result--even if one field is 0.00? I am having a hard time solving this one.

I am not getting the calculated option. I made a field Age2 as number, I chose the dropdow list and no calculated. I want to calculate the age automatically whenever DOB is entered. I did that in the query and works but I want this calculated field in the query to be showed automatically on table on the field AGE. The only way I can do is improvise like copying the calculated age from the query into the table manually. I put the AGE field next to the AUTOMATED AGE column inside the query and paste on the AGE field. Is there a sql or something to say once the calculation is done, update the AGE field on the table. I can't use append because I am not adding data, but updating fields.

It's what I thought it was, but for some reason, I'm not getting the "Calculated Field" in that dropdown. What could be wrong? I'm able to select calculated field in datasheet view, but it doesn't give me the expression builder tabe.
