The dum drum bass sound; it sounds exactly like the patch i set yesterday on my Yamaha CS30, it made me smile to think that after all the time between these two synths the sound was still unmistakably Yamaha!

I wish I had not bought the first Montage model and waited till this second Montage model came out.
Because I must say it’s a hugh upgrade and much easier to use.

Poly Aftertouch in the M6 and M7 would have made this series perfect IMO, as it should be more of a synth feature than a piano feature, but I'll see if I can save up for the M8 by the time the next series comes out! 😅

Why no Poly-Aftertouch on 61 & 76 models?
That's a silly decision Yamaha, after waiting these many years. Why literally made it a big deal for 88? Many of us prefer 76 keys. Please don't say things such as without GEX Hammer Action, you can't have Poly-AT. Please learn from the "Waldorf - Iridium Synthesizer", it has a synth action keybed and still got Polyphonic-AfterTouch.

The keys are already shorter on the M6 & M7 and Montage 7 & 6 and now no Poly-AT.

Total disappointment Yamaha. We cant get the M7 and M6 to use their full Such a shame.
