In 1971 two men found a lone seal pup on a beach in Maine. They brought him home and kept him in a bathtub, feeding him ground fish, which he Hoovered up. But Hoover had a special gift, he was able to speak and soon picked up Mr. Swallow's gruff New England Accent! As he grew they put him in a pond in their backyard, but eventually he grew too big and they brought him to the New England Aquarium. He was shy at first, but five years later he began speaking again. Although Hoover went on to have six kids of his own, they never did pick up speech like their father.

Why does he sound like pingu's dad

I have a theory on why he was able to do that this animal who had gone through something horribly traumatic like losing its mother at a young age. Don’t care what anyone says for an animal or a human that’s going to be traumatic especially if you were nearby when it happened, the poor thing at that moment of trauma happened upon these two humans who decided to save them, bless their hearts for that by the way because most people would just look at it and go youpeople are garbage anyhow it’s spent so much time around humans and human language that it just picked up the ability to mimic it I mean, I’ve heard Stranger Things happen and if it’s strange than fiction, it probably happened
