I still say this to this day. The best version of Pacquiao is when he was more quirky and moved around more and hit you with all these crazy angles. The older version when he started moving up in the weights more he didn't quite move as much and he wasn't the same fighter but that's what kind of happens when you move up and wait and you get heavier. Pacquio had the luxury of turning pro early at the minimum weight class and then moving up through the divisions that are 3 pounds apart. That's really the only way 8 divisions is possible.
