How will NATO respond to Russia's use of North Korean troops? | DW News

A South Korean delegation is due to brief NATO today about the deployment of North Korean troops to Russia. The Pentagon has reported around 3-thousand North Korean soldiers are now present in Russia, and warned of their potential use on the battlefield against Ukraine. Ukraine's intelligence agency says North Korean fighters have already arrived in the combat zone near the border.

Sooo, the US just did this same move for Isreal. Their is a couple hundred US Troops on the ground in Isreal to operate THAAD missile defense.
