I never had that happen but what would the dealer do if you had to bring the car back and your trade-in is already sold? Do the dealer give you a check for the agreed trade-in amount?

This happened to me. I paid my down payment of $2500 and got insurance and they called me on that Monday because it was the end of the week when I left and they said the loan wasn’t approved. They did give me my down payment back. But they are some scammers
