never seen any of these, love the emphasis on the explosion of the rotation. I'll have to watch this quite a few times to get the technique down.

I tried rope flow, after 1 hour I did not recognize my body, very released and fluid

What do you think about single arm deadlift using the landmine?

Really interesting. You could just start training Olympic wrestling though 😊. Would be a great compliment to that type of training as well
