Medball Throws
five reps each side for three sets
- an under used method of using power through the hips and the core
- Great exercise for everyone

Jumping is great and an essential piece for my programs but we can use these to add more power a variety. these exercises can be implemented all year. They can also be used when wanting to reduce any further ground impact.

Hey Coach, If I can only go to the gym 2 times a week. Does that mean I should do Bench Press 1 day and Squat + Deadlift the other day?

coach I think I understand from your videos how to transform lower body strength to power (weightet jump, bodyweight plyometrics ) but how to transform that bench press, shoulder press, pull ups to power ?
