These scenes always amazed me at how much the high lords feel comfortable saying in front of servants. No wonder Varys was so good at his job, pay off a few cup bearers and you can learn your opponent's whole strategy. I know that servants are supposed to be seen and not heard, but maybe talk about you military plans after lunch?

Ah, what I would give to have had more scenes with Tywin praising Arya. Just more scenes of them interacting in general really.

I like how Tywin tries to tell Arya which books he means and she beats him to it by immediately picking the right book. Tywin's like: 'Oh, right. I forgot how blasted clever this girl is. Better rub it in this guy's face.'

He definitely clocked her. The first time he looks at her directly, he clearly does a double take. And he was looking right at her when he mentioned her mother.

Nothing gets past Little Finger.

The background noise is a very nice touch. Commands being issued to soldiers. Blacksmiths forging weapons. The earlier seasons of this show paid excellent attention to detail.

I love how she gets a big smile on her face when he says "maybe you should devise our next battle plan"

I was honestly hoping that Arya could have become Tywin's apprentice.

Look at 3:55, and again at 4:27 - 4:31... He fkn knows that's Arya without a doubt. The dude isn't dumb, after-all, she is the one who asked him how he got the name 'Little Finger'. He keeps silent, for his own interests.

I say it in every clip with Charles Dance. This man elevated this show. I wish we could have had more of him. What an artist.
