Dear Ian, how Negotiations will work when purchasing person has more power and have choices from many supplier ? They can dominate and dictate the negation, like for one project 20 suppliers bidding ..here contractor who is buying has more choices to compare. Always European makes goods are asked for China made price ? And 90 percent negation starts and ends with price only !!
