Lemon curd recipe in grams:

- 3 Whole Eggs
- 2 Egg Yolks
- 200 grams Sugar
- 140 grams Fresh Lemon Juice (measure the amount - you will probably need 3-4 lemons)
- The zest of 3 Lemons
- 80 grams of Butter
- 15 gr Corn Starch

- 1/2 cup + 2 tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice (measure the amount - you will probably need 3-4 lemons)
- The zest of 3 Lemons
- 2/3 stick of Butter
- 1½ tbsp Corn Starch

Just tried your recipe for the first time and it is perfection ! I actually doubled the recipe. ..So much easier than the recipe I used before .. no candy thermometer needed (i hate those things!). Next time I may try it with limes. Just discovered your channel recently and you rock! Love your recipes and style .. I've learned so much from you already!

I made the lemon curd and it came out exactly like you said
I skipped the zest tough did not cared for but came out so good I cannot stop eating it 🤗yes yes yes!!!!

I'll try this one right now since Im always making Lemon pie, my favorite. This one looks so good and the fact it's made with whole eggs makes it better as it will last longer than a few days unlike the ones only made with yolks. At least that's what a baker told me once.

I made a tart for my sister's birthday and filled it with this lemon cream. It was very smooth and as thick as it should be. Everyone said it was one of the best flavors they had ever tasted. Bless you girl!

Been looking for a good lemon curd to put in the middle of a cake. This one is really good, and the cornstarch does make it better for filling cakes. First time I made it, I didn't have any.

I have never made lemon curd before, then I made this 2 times so far and both times it turned out Beautifully..
So from now on if I make anything that could use or requires a lemon curd, I am gonna use this recipe.. thank u for sharing this.. 😊

I can't believe you have this recipe!! I've been looking for one - I want to make your Christmas cookie box cookies (the vanilla ones) and fill them with lemon curd!! I hope that works!! Also, I plan to make orange curd... I hope I can just replace the lemons with oranges!! I will let you know how it all turns out!! <3 <3 <3

I did this recipe it was delicious. I made it with passionfruit, because I did not have many lemons at home. I also added only one tablespoon of corn starch because it was my first time doing it. I only added a small piece of butter, because I did not have much butter at home. I added the same amount of passionfruit as she asks for the lemon. I may be strained but I find the taste better if some of the seeds are left.
