How is this a C? It’s a $70, 000 truck in the $600 range. What do you expect? $350 a month?

I will be 80 years old on my birthday this year and have never purchased a new vehicle in my life...until a few weeks ago when I purchased a 2024 5.7l 1500 4x4. Got a super deal. And definitely a truck worth owning. 🤠

I got a 23 ram Bighorn a week ago. 63k MSRP with all the options, got 6300 off due to incentives plus another 16k off at the dealer so 22300 total in discounts. They also gave me more than my trade in was worth which knocked another 16k off. I plan on keeping this long term so I was not worried about the value dropping.

I own a '20 BigHorn Laramie Eco Diesel loaded...12K towing, and mileage rated at 29 mpg... Get roughly 630 range hwy... Performance is excellent, and never looked back at Hemi when I bought first EcoDiesel in 2014... The best mileage on my previous 3 Hemis was 14 City, and 17 Hwy... Even doing 80, still pushing high 24/low 25 mpg... I won't go back to Hemi...

Just traded my Subaru Outback on a NEW, never sold 2022 Ram 1500 Classic Warlock quad-cab 4x4, MSRP was $52, 450, I got it for $38, 990. It is oddly optioned with everything that was available except the 5.7L. I wanted the V6 since I use to have a 2014 RAM 1500 with the V6 and it was great, got impressive mileage. Anyway, my new 2022 (purchased in Feb 2024!) has the 8.4N display, protection group, electronic package, towing pkg with power mirrors, power sliding rear window w/def., bedliner and the 3.55 read diff. I don't think I could have gotten a better deal. At the same dealer they had a 2023 Bighorn Quad/ short bed 4x4 with the 12in screen + nav, MSRP was 66, 200, marked down to $48, 999.

so I bought a 23 ram limited granite Night edition fully loaded with lvl1, sunroof 3.92 bought in march, listed at 81k, I paid 72.. Rates hadnt gone up that much yet. prob could have waited until now, but there was no inventory on this build. had started the ordering process which would have taken 9mo, but then found this one incoming out of state. got it off the delivery truck. prob take a loss on it, but its the one I wanted, oh well. at the time, some dealers were still marking over msrp, Like for a Tahoe or cadi..

I bought a 2024 ram 1500 trading a 21 ram 1500 that depreciated less than 10k in the 3 years I owned it and got dealer discounts and 7k incentives in the trade. Both Big Horns. The 24 is a built to serve. Last year, for the limited built to serve last year for 8 cylinders

I am not sure I understand this video. It is titled do NOT buy a Ram in 2024. Then tells the watcher to target a 10% discount when shopping. As a current shopper out to buy, most dealers are offering me 2024 Laramie at close to 17% off MSRP.

You also mention that the 2025 is coming soon with some changes but don’t really discuss that it will NOT be available with the Hemi v8 anymore. To me being able to get the last year available with the v8 may help retain its value because some people swear by them.

I ended this video still wondering, why should I NOT buy a 2024 RAM 1500?

I won’t ever buy a ram. Which is sad to say. Been a Ram fan for a long time, but with the Hemi being replaced for a damn V6 I’ll never look at a ram again. I get electric is the hype, but I’ll never buy a truck unless it has a V8 or diesel engine

I love my 2013 Ram Laramie/Longhorn (175k on it) but could not find the trim I wanted so went with a new 24 Platinum Tundra I-Force Max (paid $65k cash/Sect 179). The 2013 owes me nothing but needs a new rear-end & manifolds. The old 5.7 Tundras I owned (180-200k) never had a mechanical issue but the 12mpg sent me to Ram.

Ram does deal. I bought a brand new 2020 Bighorn Crew Cab 4x4 for $39K. I love it, mpg is crazy 32hwy, 17mpg pulling 6K pound camper. No problems at all, currently have 30K on the odometer. I do like the baby duamax (roughly the same specs as the Ecodiesel) buy they are WAY overpriced. I'll jus keep my rig for sure.

I just leased a 2024 1500 Tradesman for 410/mo for 39mo/12k. Made sense with family discount and there was a "sale" going on through our families dealer they've been with for years. Hit right on the money for the cost I was looking to spend per month. Thing is barebones, stock features, but it'll get the job done as we needed a second vehicle ASAP and I've wanted a pickup for a while to make projects and roadtrips easier. Once the lease is up, will definitely be upgrading to something with better features though, probably sticking with Dodge lol

Been looking at Ecodiesel Laramie's. Shopping around you can find up to $20k off a '23---have to travel to get one but at that kind of discount it makes it worth it to either fly to pick it up or have it shipped. I own a '17 Ecodiesel Big Horn and love the Laramie interior. Hopefully I'll smarten up and keep mine as it only has 112k miles on it and has never been in the

I was able to score a RAM TRX final edition for 12k off sticker. No dealer add ons or nonsense. Just having it shipped from Missouri to California. I agree with a lot of this advice but there are still good deals out there. Some dealers were still doing silly markups!! Good advice.

Is it worth buying a leftover 22’ Dodge Challenger Scat Pack, one dealer has 15, original MSRP was 58k they listing for now 45k.

I just picked up a '24. Dealer discount was $10, 000, and and another $7500 off from the 15% off. Hey, I'm happy. I got a hell of a cheap truck.

If dealing with negative equity. Would you leverage a great deal on a ‘23 or ‘24 lease ?
