Meg seems to be the most "sane" of the Griffin household. I mean, she's still a bad person and has committed numerous crimes, but in comparison to the rest of her family... She's remarkably tame.

I feel like she's got a lot of mental problems, and that they likely stem from being you know, HATED by your family, and having to live with a family that is constantly breaking the law, acting psychotic, and so on. Even when they aren't, the Griffins are dysfunctional at best.

At least she tends to learn a lesson from her mistakes, and it sometimes seems genuine.

The same can rarely be said for Peter, even Lois.

So funnily enough, if you have any form of paralysis, you are usually told to stretch that part of the body and check it. If not, there could be damage or inknown injury to that part of the body, and since you cant feel it, it can flare up and potentially lead to some pretty dangerous long-term issues, such as amputations or sepsis. The stretches are mostly for blood flow and the health of the tissue.

I would have to exclude the time she aided Seymour as a getaway driver (because it was largely proven to be the result of hallucinations, specifically of having a 'career criminal boyfriend', because of contaminated mustard packets); it is safe to assume that most of the crimes committed here probably never happened. I would also exclude her melting of Mental Mike Pulaski, because she was actually fighting him out of self defense. He had killed several students at that point, breaking the law, as well the law of physics, when he turned Neil Goldman's body into a balloon before popping it.
Erm, anyways, there was at outdoor basketball court full of witnesses who've seen her being actively attacked, whereas Mike was clearly the aggressor. The melting of Mental Mike was effective, but definitely a state of overkill.
