Is it just me, or did stewie eventually replace brian as the voice of reason?? Brian is like a furry quagmire, at this point.

I hate that they made Brian like this . He used to be the voice of reason

Brian: "Money is the root of all evil."
Stewie: "No it's not. It's just you."

Quagmire and Brian completely switched character types. At first, Brian was the voice of reason and Quagmire was the creepy weird guy, and lately it seems that Quagmire is the voice of reason and Brian is the creepy weird guy

It appears since the fans refuse to let Brian be killed off. Seth said, "o.k. I'll let the writers turn him into a horrible character. "
If we can't kill the character, then we'll 'kill his character'.
hmm (🤔)

He gets progressively worse every season. He’s almost unwatchable now

Ever since season 4, Brian has been an absolute jerk to everyone, especially Stewie. I honestly think it’s a miracle Chris learned to understand Stewie so he’s not stuck talking with Brian 24/7.

Its crazy how he used to be my favorite character, the derailment of him is insane

Brian in seasons 1-3 was great.
He was sarcastic, but logical, and served as the voice of reason to the family. He wasn't afraid to lay into the Griffins, but he still cared about them. It's what I loved about him. His banter with Stewie, the other smart character in the household? Also worked. What we have now (unfortunately), is the most pretentious, amoral, self righteous character, and nothing about his character these days suggests that he even cares for his family. He just thinks he's better than them, and has nothing to show for it.

Quagmire was a joke character at the start of the show, but as time passed, he grew in depth. It does make sense that the two dislike each other so much though: they're both the same guy, but one is at least honest with himself.

Where’s the episode where he tricked Quagmire into buying the shitty apartment?

he also hooked up a 15 year old in the episode where he steals stewie’s time travel machine and then bribes her with a gift card to stay quiet

Another scene that made me despise Brian was when he asked those girls at the high school "How funny would It be if I came in to the girls bathroom with you" and then he yells at Stewie to go and wait in the f*cking car. Two minutes later his is arse is dragged out and he complains about security being in there "because they live in a society of fear" The last sentence I absolutely agree with him on. The fear is caused by creeps like himself, I wish they didn't bring him back to life (But no Vinnie either)

Wow, you're really popping off! It was not that long ago when you were at 400 subs, and now you're 2.18k already, congrats!

Brian's latest anti-religious stance is hypocritical in a world without Christianity, later Judaism and then GOD because he hates religion and GOD. If he did research then he would have known that Jesus was a jew. Also it seems to me that Brian Griffin like most atheists have a problem with Christianity directly, but being critical of the other faiths is a no no. That hypocrisies bothers me and that the don't realize that the other faiths do have similar stances that modern progressives wouldn't support or understand.

Brian literally slept with a 15 year old when he snuck into Stewies room and used his time machine. Where's that at?

Oh and he tries to save a woman whose vehicle is going under the water and lets go (allowing her and her baby to drown and die) after finding out that he has a baby.

Brian's actions toward Patty are creepy, but not unprecedented. Remember when he asksd Stewie to reprogram the Miley Cyrus-bot to want him sexually? "Brian, she's 16!" "I'm 8."
