I think the best part of this is Meg doesn't even do anything to block or redirect the sneeze like most speedsters would. She just messes with the family for her own amusement and then lets the sneeze spray where it may.

She's like, "Well, we're all definitely gonna get sick now. Might as well have a quick giggle before I'm bed-ridden."

This scene is a little ironic, considering the song of choice, assuming because of copyright to what they’re referencing.
But Meg, resents her family for how they treat her for all these years, Chris although only gets his hat tipped since he is the only one who has actually cared for her, on the other hand with everybody else gets more serious injuries to replicate the damage they have caused her.

Fun Fact: This episode was originally supposed to air in Season 18 with a different A-plot involving Peter selling "super-poop" to Tom Brady. They had to delay it when they discovered South Park did it, but for some reason, they didn't change the title.
