Easy and tasty Chinese Beef Noodle Stir Fry Recipe or beef chow mein by Aunty Mary Cooks. This beef noodle is cooked by stir fry in a Chinese style. This easy noodle dish fried with beef is a popular Chinese restaurant chow mein dish. Aunty Mary shows how to make this easy noodle recipe with beef at home.
Note: A little mistake in the video, ie, add the spring onions, chopped garlic and sliced onions into the pan together. And the garlic was missing in the ingredients which I have now added below.
Ingredients
2 pieces beef sirloin steaks, slice thinly
600g fresh noodles
2 onions, peel and slice
1/2 bulb garlic, peel and chop
4-5 spring onions, cut into short sections
3 eggs
Mixed leafy vegetables (about 250g), I use ready washed mixed salad vegetables
Marinade
1 tsp baking soda
1 Tbsp corn starch
2 Tbsp soya sauce
3 Tbsp Chinese wine
Sauce for stir fry
1 Tbsp sugar
1 Tbsp vinegar
3 Tbsp soya sauce
3 Tbsp Chinese wine
3 Tbsp oyster sauce
