Same situation at the house I bought last year. Previous owners never used the dishwasher because it kept overflowing. They didn't have the drain looped to the top of the cabinet so when the sink would fill up it would all wash back into the dishwasher. Easy fix.

A lot of DIY homeowners don’t know how to loop the drain hose like that ( including me back a few years ) You’re a straight up guy bro. This is just more unmistakable proof that you not only have awesome skills you have integrity too ; )

As a maintenance tech who was properly trained as a plumber and electrician for residential, I can agree that the plumbing looks great. That exposed 20 amp receptical on the other hand worries me. I hope it's gfci protected.

Done tree care since I was 5. I adore the customers who ask what they can do so the next time I come we can focus on the bigger stuff. Some will drop any tree that isn't at risk of hitting a structure or infrastructure, some will do all the lower dead limbs pruning. But they wait for us to come take care of that tree leaning near or over the house.
And when they pile all of the cut limbs correctly? I want to hug them.

Plumber here, I had to fix the sprayer hose for our kitchen sink. Went out to the truck, grabbed my billing book and wrote out a very expensive repair bill, my wife laughed and said “how many other houses do you show up to, in your pajamas?” I just may have to turn her into collections, lol.

That’s where I fuck up. After I finish the job and they call me for something I had nothing to do with I still come out and handle it for free if it’s easy enough. I would have every right to charge them but I don’t want people to think I cash the check and they don’t hear from me anymore so I still jump through hoops to keep my reputation clean.
