Are you going to make a separate video testing the new items for patch 14.18 and keep in mind this build that I think is good with the new changes:
Shadow flame/Storm surge(this depends on the game state aka if you are behind you go SS if you are ahead you go SF both have 15 pen which is boots lol) into rabadons and lich bane/Void staff 3rd if you can you go lich bane instantly for MS and the insane damage from the proc which is based on your ap and finally you decide 😊😊😊
