I am 70 and of course I have had many more years behind me, and that deathbed is getting closer and closer. I am learning so much from your podcasts and others like yours. I'm glad these books are being written and that your generation is able to share your life stories with each other. Keep up the good work.

The fact that nobody talks about the book whispers of manifestation on borlest speaks volumes about how people are stuck in a trance

I make my bed every morning no matter what! No matter where I am I complete this task. It has been my anchor to habit stack before it and after it. It really works and I never thought it would.

You mentioned doing your 5 minutes awhile ago. It works. Every night, without fail, before bed i tidy the lounge. It's a pleasure to walk in there in the morning.

I had many negative feelings about decisions I've made in the past. As the video mentioned, when you take a moment to sit and go through where your thoughts were at the time when you made the decision, you will treat yourself more fairly and find a level peace.

I know I haven't always done my best. I will not lie to myself. Accepting the reality is important towards taking responsibility and growing.

Sometimes, busy-ness is a form of procrastination because you don't know how to take the next step. Ask me how I know. 😂

Thank you for sharing, Dr. Chatterjee. In 2018, I faced a significant setback when I failed my PhD. It was a full scholarship with a stipend, which I earned at the age of 50. Despite my hard work, I didn't make it past the second year. Reflecting on this experience, I realize that I wasn't living a balanced life and neglected my personal wellness. Even now, I occasionally think about it, and it's difficult to encapsulate all my thoughts here.

This is so powerful. I made a big mistake in my past but when I look back on it, I realise how vulnerable I was back then and easily manipulated and to move forward how important it is to believe in my own self worth. Thank you Dr C ❤

Why not 3 lessons for today Rangan?
If I thought I had 50 years to go I’d never get anything done!
If you’re going to do it, do it NOW! Btw - I’m 71 and looking forward to seeing what I can achieve tomorrow 😀

I’ve mastered this after ditching my smartphone 6 years ago and only using YouTube videos no other social media for 12 years now! People are wasting their time away as they have their heads stuck in their smartphones too much wasting time, making them rush everywhere, creating stress. Everyone just needs to slow down 🚶🏻‍♀️🚶🏻😀and also take up a hobby that doesn’t involve fitness !
