can you tell me whats the difference if i have calcium in my arteries or the outside. my cac score was 3000 last time i do have some feeling loss in my feet but with 3000 where is it.

I am pre diabetic. I don't have. Hurts a bit when I walk (nothing major) I can still walk. Feels like there are knots starting to form like in stage 1. I do have small callus on side of my feet up near pinky.i do your foot exercises videos which helps - Tom Can I still walk around or will this agitate problem more?

Will this go away through diet?

Sir I am suffering from a foot corn and it is very painful. So, I have seen a your video on foot corn at home care and you asked to keep the feet in warm water for 5 minutes and rub the corn with pumice stone and moisturize at the end and my question is do we need to do the same thing daily or like twice or thrice a week?

Raynauds affects the circulation in the toes/feet and hands/fingers. I have suffered from Raynauds for over 40 years it’s really painful even in this weather. I live in the uk and I’m not diabetic
