The more I listen, the more I feel a Project Manager is more of a Child Psychologist and in charge of doing things that the managers who get paid for are supposed to be doing. What a sad world the work environment has become. The need for change needs to be established by the management and enforced by management. A project manager needs to be in charge of making sure the necessary steps and tasks are taking place in a timely fashion, manage the bottom-line, and communicate with the participants by keeping them informed of the progress. This segment is 20 minutes of how tippy-toe around others so you don't step on their glass toes. LOL
