Problem is ATF is making it's own laws and going door to door to businesses and individuals. Treasonous

Proud TN resident. Absolutely nuts how the ATF (or any other agency) can change a rule or definition that subjects previously law-abiding citizens to becoming overnight criminals. The ATF does not pass laws - only legislatures can do that!

Proud of you, Tennessee! Time for us to join forces. Signed, Texas

Why are the words "Shall not be infringed" ignored so blatantly?

I commend Tennessee for making this move... Symbolic as it might be...It speaks to support of our rights and of our US Constitution 🇺🇸
Thanks for the update Anthony

Good on Tennessee, I always like to hear more and more states standing up for themselves, the people and the 2nd amendment.

its crumbling. states have realized the federal government doesn't have power they refuse to let them have. states are getting bolder in regulations they feel aren't good.

I love that this puts the constitutional duty into the peoples hands and not put the pressure on small businesses like Texas did with suppressors.

This mindset (of freedom and individual liberty/ responsibility) is one of the great reasons to live here in Tennessee. I thank the Lord I escaped from northern Illinois almost 9 years ago now. At that time the writing on the wall was pretty clear to me.
I LOVE Tennesse!! (Texas ain't bad neither) As Gunny Bob Lee Swagger famously said, "Welcome to Tennessee, the patron state of shootin' stuff!"

The A.T.F is just mad that they will not be getting the extortion money that they misplace and are never able to locate

Forcing the feds to enforce their nonsense is one of the best ways to make a rule obsolete because there are not enough feds to meaningfully enforce anything.

Even in Canada, their anti gun Minister of Public Safety, Marco Mendicino, admitted that for their recent federal gun ban to work they will require provincial law enforcement to cooperate in seizing firearms. Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba gave them the middle finger.

So Tennessee kicks SBR laws, Texas bucks Supressor laws, and Oregon is kicking the Magazine ban in the What's next? California itself legalizing fun switches?

Feels like a Christmas miracle 🥲 God bless us, every one of us!
