The ATF does not have the legal authority to make any laws .... especially according to the second amendment. Not to mention, they are not a law making government institution. 😠🤓

It's just like my teacher said to me and my classmates back in high school. One day, the system will change at the expense of it's own rulings, laws, etc. But didn't think it would be that quick, I thought it would never happen.

This bill has been reported favorably out of committee and is currently in the Calendars Committee, the last step before going to the House floor for debate and (hopefully) passage.
