In this video tutorial, I will show you how to use the NEW Microsoft Whiteboard for beginners. Microsoft Whiteboard is one of my favorite whiteboard apps. You can access it for free with a Microsoft account and if you have a Microsoft 365 subscription you will even get more access with it. Quickly insert Word, Powerpoint, or PDFs file onto the whiteboard and mark them up. Want to work collaboratively? No problem, turn on sharing and send the link. Work online with Microsoft Whiteboard or download the app for a few more features. If you are a Microsoft Teams user add Microsoft Whiteboard to your team as a new tab.

This is fast becoming my favourite medium for screen teaching. Microsoft looks like they nailed this... before i was using the same features in heavy progs like OneNote or PowerPoint...

At 7:50 if you write a sentence and want to change the color of just one word in it; it's not doable. For some reason, it changes the color of the whole text inside that particular text box. This is stupid. Also, they removed the Ruler, then brought it back, and now it's "coming soon". I mean WTF?!

Any idea how to change the color of just one word in a sentence? Thanks.

Thank you for an awesome video! Do you know of a way to make the background color persist every time you open a new whiteboard? Every time I start a new whiteboard, I have to go in and change the background settings. It's kind of annoying. Thanks!

Great intro to MS WB in Teams! Thank you very much! Is there a way to place an image or text in the WB but keep Always showing: Example- I want to put instructions on Team usage: and I want it to always be positioned in the lower right corner of the viewing pane. So users always can see the instructions, but can navigate freely all over the WB canvas.
