After seeing how childishly the main protag loudly slurped her shake and gave that insufferable expression, I just know that she is going to be an unlikable character. If they thought that kind of behaviour is funny or quirky then they need to to get people that know actual humor and stop hiring people that are like: "How do you do fellow kids?"

Characters are meant to be likeable. Not like this, this is not cool or likeable.

Ripley was a likeable character and she wasn't obnoxiously childish like this bald headed creature.

The "if you don't have anything nice to say, shut up" argument doesn't work for two reasons: 1) negative feedback is just as important as positive feedback in guiding the market, and 2) they didn't shut up with games they hate, like Stellar Blade or Wukong.

I'm a Sony fanboy, and I don't want ND to be seen in a bad light because it will probably be good, but... ND did this to themselves. TLOU 2 lost a lot of good will with fans, so they can't just automatically expect the same type of love they used to get. (Shills will try to keep it going because they are the marks and that's the shill life). So here they come with a protagonist that ticks so many boxes, she could be a parody of what people have been complaining about for the past few years. It would be sad if it wasn't so funny! They're not blind. They wanted the backlash, and love the backlash. So they're earning what they're getting.

When all is said and done, this game will probably have a 7 year dev time from a studio w 400+ employees. Plus the marketing is gonna be a big chunk of change. I can't wait to see what they need to break even. Of course, he'll remaster/rerelease it on ps6 and pc multiple times with multiple versions.

Tbh the graphics look decent, but the ugly girl boss w/ a uni brow has run its course in games and now we need something fresh and new! The story could be good but after the past year of big title releases I don’t have hope for this game title.
