Stallone's speech here is used in countless motivation speeches. It's probably the most famous line in the entire Rocky canon. Stallone's finest performance as Rocky is neatly summed up in this speech.

I was 50 years old, I got sick, real sick, almost died. When it was over I was a mess, I felt like an old man for the first time in my life. I saw this movie right after my last surgery. And when I saw this scene, it changed me, it challenged me, it woke me up on a personal level that I cannot properly explain. Once I was well I was 6'5" and 310lbs. Today 5 years later I am 245lbs and solid, and devoted to training and diet. I cant explain it, and I know it seems flaky, but this speech has power, real power. To this day it still reminds me that our biggest obstacle is ourselves, and it leaves me in awe every time i watch it.

This speech, (of which I claimed my own! ) is what helped my 7 year old daughter beat cancer.

I treasure this scene because it speaks such volumes. This scene here motivated me 30 minutes before a job Interview I had. Gave me the confidence to go in, stand out, and make a great impression! In the end, I got the job! 🙏🙌

Stallone/Rocky: It ain’t about how hard you hit; it’s about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward. How much you can take and keep moving forward.

My life’s motivation

I like the way he doesn't stop to hug his son. Tough love.

This film and the original are by far my favorites in the series, these two hold the spirit and message of always trying for what you want in life even if you don't get it or win whatever it is, at least you tried and strived to be better and prove to yourself that you can do it.

That and if you do get it or win, hold on to that feeling close to your heart to try for more.

this scene inspires me to keep moving forward despite the awful panic attacks I get when training. Today I couldnt continue I thought I was chocking to death, but tomorrow I will be back and keep moving forward. Not just with ny training. Stay hard ppl

How you doing ? was originally said by rocky balboa right from 1976 and I felt Joey from friends said that.
Also how you doing from rocky is an humble and most generous way to ask how somebody is feeling rather than pickup line for girls

Rocky reminds me of my Dad so much, and it makes me sad sometimes when I watch any Rocky movie, especially this scene. My Dad gave me this exact speech once and I didn't know what to think. But I appreciate it so much now.
