I know this is old, but I just watched it. I’m really happy that you kept things simple with your sandwich preparations, and you stuck with ingredients that naturally work well together, like cooked eggs and mayonnaise. I’m so tired of people making all kinds of huge, overstuffed sandwiches with ingredients that are trendy without a thought about how they’d taste together or how a person would even be able to take a bite without making a huge mess of it.

SANDWICH DAVINCI

Ingredients: 2 slices of bread, 2 eggs, 1 TSP of butter, pinch of salt, mayonnaise, celery, and mild hot sauce.

Instructions: grab two eggs, and 1tsp of butter. Crack both eggs onto cool pan, and place butter. Set heat to low, keep mixing together for 1.5 minutes. Add pinch of salt. Mix until clumpy and solid. Place mixture into plate. Grab two slices of bread, spread mayonnaise on both slices. Grab celery and cut into medium small pieces. Place mixture of eggs into one slice, then the celery on the same slice. Add mild hot sauce of your choice on second slice. Put both slices together and enjoy!

I made this while watching this vid and it was delicious, I hope it is for others.
