I am not signed into OneDrive. I can't find any "Sync and Backup" item in any Control Panel- Settings, not in File Explorer.
Win 11 up to date.
PC is slow to start and shut down, and using 2 browsers, 2 photo editing programs, moving around and viewing lots of files and YT it gets cranky after a few days. I try to gain back and optimize memory software) I've taken care of it but is a Dell XPS desktop from 2016.
