Skyrim Fortify Restoration Glitch

If you make some high point potions, the perk pickpockets take your strongest potion before you fill the perk it'll make carry weight a thing of the past, a potion of fortify destruction and fill the arrogance perks and no magic can affect you, you absorb it. If you use a potion on a set of regular special armors, such as thieves guild armor, or dark brotherhood gear, what have you, it'll remain strong as long as you keep it is on. If it puts you skill points in the green, you can milk experience from it. Smithing, alchemy, speech, heavy and light armor, blocking. Use those skills to power level your magic skills, and your combaT skills.

I did it at around 2k to 4k and made a fortify enchant potion and enchanted my gear and it resets back to 11-18% instead of the numbers it shows before

Glitch doesn't work, downloaded the anniversary edition lately. Did the bug get fixed?

Any time I try this glitch my gear caps out at 15% and then goes back down to 14% idk what to do pls help
