Skyrim Fortify Restoration Glitch

Basically you do this over and over until you reach and amount you deem excessive, then make + smithing and +ehcant potions and wah lah! you have yourself a god character.
All you need is are the ingredients you see, small antlers also give restoration, and one piece of +alchemy gear.

It works on all version its inpossible for it not to work you see if you had a brain you'll notice the only way for it to not work the makers would have to get rid of restoration period there no way for it to be pathch it dossnt work for low alchamy skill
