Thanks for speaking out about the mental health crisis in the medical community, especially among students who are held to certain standards because that's what their professor went through. I hope that students/young profs in other academic fields watch these and speak out. I didn't finish my PhD because of lots of reasons. Unreasonable standards, which I met before a health crisis, among them.

I am doing pre med
I got in 1 year: 3.8, 2 year: 3.7 amd now in 3 year 3.9. I hope 3, 8 will be good to med schools i want to get into yale or ucla.

I majored in engineering, but shared classes with a lot of pre-meds in chemistry, physics, math, etc. I liked having pre-meds in the class because they were so easy to beat on the grading curve.
