E 'da 2 anni che ti seguo e replicandolo a casa questa PER ME è la ricetta dell'impasto più buono che tu abbia mai fatto ... leggero, fragrante e con un gusto ricco di differenti sapori. Ho miscelato un po' di farina integrale e di segale....uno spettacolo.

We all know what I'm about to say, but it's worth repeating. The more someone learns the more they find out what they don't know.

The Maestro works hard to make these videos. He brings out the subtlety in the craft of pizzamaking. Every video seems to introduce novelty.

I would have thought the seeds would interfere with the dough development. I think the trick was the high hydration so that the seeds seem to have been immobolized and suspended in the dough thus not popping out and cutting through gluten strands. Just my initial impression.

Francesco's participation takes the videos to a new level.

a small tip check the humidity of your fridge high humidity can change the result of your pizza dough i made pizza and stored them at different fridge the results were different!
