Cottage Cheese Alfredo Sauce:
1 cup cottage cheese
1/2 cup almond milk
1/2 cup grated Parmesan
2 garlic cloves
1/4 tsp kosher sea salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp basil
1 tsp cornstarch
2 tbsp pasta water

Served with Barilla Protein + penne pasta, broccoli and chicken breast (or protein of choice).
Topped with: Parmesan, crushed red peppers and finely chopped parsley.

Another good thing for cream sauce or aioli is silken tofu! Any type of recipe, not just vegan.
