In Russia, they say that if you are cold, jump into the frozen lake and when you get back, you will be warm. I guess that's true 😅

I swim in the North sea here in the UK which can be painful but *THE* coldest water I've *EVER* swam in was in a stream that came up through a mountain in Turkey.

God knows why it was so cold but they had warning signs up everywhere not to go in if you had any heart conditions or underlying health conditions! 🥶
