The MOJ replied to me, and said the Summons and Orders were issued by the council, and not the court. That's when I knew it was all a scam.
I have another question. I'm sure you have come across another FOIA, where Sian Jones was asked a question, is the Magistrates' Court a Constitutional court of record? She replied yes.
By any chance have you come across this document? I've seen it, I know it exists. Let me know.

Also refer to Leighton v Bristow and Sutor where the High Court ruled that an Enforcement Agent MUST have and must show you the correct authority (lawful Court issued document) in order to lawfully proceed.
As from 2003 Liability Orders, Form A and Form B, were discontinued, so they can’t be produced by the morons that knock in your door claiming they have one!
